Before establishing NYCA, as a global career counselor belonging to a major human resources company, I was working to help bilingual students in Japan and the UK with "exit for study abroad (employment, career path, etc.)". I continued to visit universities in the United States and Japan and supported about 10,000 people in 10 years. I have also been involved in many projects related to global human resource development and recruitment for Japanese companies, universities, and high schools.

Taking full advantage of my 10 years of experience, I hope to start supporting at the "entrance to study abroad" and help companies, local governments, and educational institutions to develop truly international human resources, so in the summer of 2016. Established NY Career Academy in Japan.

The word "career" is said to be derived from the Latin word "Carraria" (a road that can be passed by a horse-drawn carriage). From that point on, it came to mean the path that people follow, their footprints, careers, work, and so on.

At NYCA, we are fully supporting the careers (lifestyles) of 10 people and 10 colors! Some people are looking for a place to study in California instead of New York, while others are looking for a job at a small business rather than a large company. I would like to give the best support to each and every one of us without being bound by stereotypes.

In both the United States and Japan, there are many mothers who have the skills, knowledge and motivation to give back to society, but have given up because they have no place to work. It's true that you have a serious responsibility to raise children at home, so it's not easy to do a serious responsibility job outside the home (any job is a big responsibility because you get paid!). ..

As a working mother with three children, I also spend days of trial and error, so I want to work while raising children! I would like to support these mothers as much as possible.

In the work of study abroad support and career support, there are many tasks where having a "mother" perspective is a plus. We would like to provide a workplace where you can work vigorously while raising children while maintaining professionalism.

[Biography] Born in Gunma prefecture in 1983. After graduating from high school, moved to the United States and graduated from the Department of Political Science, State University of New York (GPA 3.9). While attending school, he experienced many internships and volunteers at the United Nations, international NGOs and NPOs. US CCE certified global career counselor. English is self-taught, TOEIC 990 points (full score). After working for a consulting company expanding into the United States and working as a local manager of a major human resources company in the United States, he established the NY Career Academy in 2016. Bilingual Japanese and English childcare as a mother of 3 children. Co-founder and current chairman of the "New York Gunma Kenjinkai" that connects Gunma Prefecture and New York.
