We live in a culture that expects us to be as efficient and productive as possible. There are many effects of sleep deprivation. Some are more, others less serious and disturbing. However, when you don’t sleep much during a long period of time, those effects collect, thus, making your life insufferable.
Many people are not getting enough sleep because they are working too much. And they are not working efficiently because they are not getting enough sleep. Sounds like a confusing pattern! Yes, it is obvious but this is what most of us are doing in our space.
We usually give up on our sleep first when life gets busy and we overwhelmed with so much workload. Sleep is something we all need. Too many people either don’t get enough sleep or don’t get standard sleep.
